I constantly have to remind myself of this:
Ergonomics > Posture.

Ergonomics is more than just posture.
That’s why I:
→ Prioritize a consistent sleep schedule.
→ Drink quality water that includes healthy minerals.
→ Practice breathwork each day.
Posture is simply the position we hold our bodies in.
Ergonomics is the study of people’s efficiency in the workplace.
Posture is only one variable of computer ergonomics.
Logically, it makes sense to improve our ergonomic factors as a whole (sleep quality, hydration, and breathing), not just our computer posture.
Computer ergonomics isn’t for everyone though.
It takes an open mind and consistent effort. That’s the hard part.
The easy part is…I’ll lay everything out for you.
Do you want to improve your computer ergonomics, but don’t know where to start?
