This article talks about 5 specific cues that will better explain good computer posture.

Here’s 5 specific things that improve computer posture:

1. Don’t slouch forward.
2. Sit with an upright torso.
3. The spine is not naturally straight (from a side angle).
4. It contains natural curves when it’s in a neutral position.
5. Maintaining these natural curves, when sitting for long periods of time, is a critical way to decrease computer-related pain.

Don’t sit up “too straight” obviously.

But make your computer desk an asset that promotes good posture as soon as you sit down.
