I was on the phone with a woman. (phone date)
She asked me what I was passionate about. I told her…
“I want to help office workers decrease their computer-related pain.”

I know that answer doesn’t seem typical. It can get dicey quick.
It’s always risky. She might find it a boring topic.
But she was interested in my answer. (phew)
It all started after I graduated university in 2001. (with an IT degree)
I got a job selling database software. It was a high-stress office job.
Despite taking a class about ergonomics, I went on to have poor computer posture for the next 10 years. (8 hours a day, 40+ hours a week)
And it caused the most stubborn, chronic pain I’ve ever had.
In 2011, I’d finally had enough.
I corrected my computer posture with as many small, 1% improvements I could find.
To help others learn from my experience, I wrote a book about it.
It’s about the computer posture mistakes I made.
And how I fixed them.
My book is titled, 45 Ways to Improve Computer Posture.
Thanks for your interest in computer posture.

I wrote my book to be the resource I wish I had back in 2002, when I first started sitting at a computer for long periods of time.
Here’s what the back cover of the book looks like…
